My Isuzu over cab truck would not go into reverse or forward. I had it towed to Gateway in Oak Harbor. Dave and Charles took a look at it and said it needed a complete rebuild. It has been a month since we got the truck back and no problems! I was treated well and the work was clean and professional. They pointed out a tire malfunction that i was unaware of, saving me from a certain blow out! I would recomend Gateway Transmission for transmission work and other car work.

I especially like that they quote right from the maintenance database. Especially if you have more than one vehicle, you can't beat the price of the VIP package even if you do just oil changes and a checkup.

In the past, when I have done the Rain X treatment the rain has bubbled up instantly. This treatment tends to smear. I will give it a few more days to see if there is any improvement. The service seemed satisfactory otherwise. Thank you.
