David was open and honest with me about what he thought the problem was with my Transmission and how much the expense to repair it may be. Once the problem was determined, he was more than willing to work with my Extended Warranty Program; he made numerous calls, contacted the local mechanic who worked on my vehicle, and attempted to find the reason for the failure in the Transfer Case. His mechanic quickly had my rig ready for repair once the "go ahead" was given, parts were ordered, quickly received, and the vehicle was repaired in short order. This all during the Christmas and New Year Holidays. The only down side was the final cost, and I have no argument other than today's cost of parts and labor. The same Transfer Case cost me considerably less in 2012, however, I am told that some extra specialized work has been done which should improve the overall performance and life of the system. I would use Gateway again in the future if I had a need to, and I certainly will recommend their Service(s) to others. Side note, not only did they do a tremendous job on replacing my Transfer Case, but they also took the time to repair my headlamps which have been In need of repair for several months.
