Dropped my car off on Tuesday and it was ready on Wednesday. Dave is very professional and he made the whole process easy. They did great work on my car and I'll definitely go back. I would also recommend them for your service needs. The nice folks at Gateway really do have a family atmosphere. They'll treat you right.

I know my car will be taking good care of it when I drop it off there for work to be done on it. Dave and Charles are trustworthy, polite, approachable, friendly and compassionate to their customers, and fills you in on what work was done and what the part or parts looked liked when they replace the part or parts. Thank you Dave and Charles, words can't express how thankful I am for all your hard work and help throughout all the years.

I bought a truck and brought it in for routine maintenance. I was informed there was metal in the tranny pan. $1450 just to tear it apart to diagnose. Also informed (lied to) that this would be "cheaper than waiting," only to be informed that it needed all $2000 worth of parts. My father is on social security disability, but even after repeatedly telling them that I was supposed to be the contact, they would call and freak him out on the costs. I went into the shop to settle things only to have the guy behind the desk talk rudely to me until another customer walked in. I have finally had the truck towed home (in pieces) only to see that the transmission looks brand new, not a wear spot or broken tooth to be found anywhere. The tow truck driver even joked about definitely referring them - to your worst enemy!

The people of Car Care Clinic at Gateway Transmission are very nice honest. I an older vehicle not to many want to wor on it, and am fortunate to have a repair shop close by that is trustworthy and willing to help. I recommend them, they're honest, to the point, and very fast and professional. Both times I've taken my car in, I scheduled an appointment a day or two before, and they have had it ready only a few hours after bringing it in. and it was running perfectly.
