Megan said the employees at this business are always fair and always do a good job. She stated the staff is funny. They give her options about the repairs needed for her vehicle and they are very clear. She stated she is happy she found them and she would highly recommend them for service.

Roger said he felt like this business very organized. He expressed that he is put off if he goes into a facility and it feels like they are trying to rip him off. This business did not give him that feeling, and they fixed a problem he thought would have cost him hundreds of dollars. He noted that if they were dishonest, they could have easily said they necessary parts cost a lot more than they actually did. They do not have shady mechanics, and because of this he would recommend others to them.

these guys are great but every since I got my truck back the cruise control light only comes on when it wants to. the cruise control still works it's just the light.

Well I had a 2010 Suburu and it was experiencing cooling issues. I actually kept in touch with the hands on mechanic at Car Care Clinic at Gateway Transmissions and I was quite impressed with him, it seemed like his approach was very logical and I think he saved me some money. I'm not so sure the problem was resolved though, I was losing coolant and its probably not an easy thing to diagnose on a Suburu but I suspect there was head gasket leak somewhere. They were pretty sure it wasn't that. The only thing he found wrong with the car after diagnosing it, was a sensor was turning on the cooling fan when it shouldn't have been. I brought the car home, I checked the coolant level and it was down considerably down after driving it for a day so I sold it. I didn't have a warm and fuzzy feeling about the car itself, I suppose I am grateful they didn't get into it further. I'd go there again.
