Although we were not prepared to replace the battery and alternator on our Saab, these guys did a great job and kept us in the loop the entire time. They had to order the parts from Saab so they were able to provide us with a loaner so my wife could get to work. We will definitely use there car services again! 1st appointment with this business. The appointment was easy to make when I wanted to schedule a few days in advance. Drop off was fast and easy. They called me as promised to let me know what maintenance was required (I was in for a 90,000 mile check). The services recommended were explained clearly and without "pressure sales". When the amount of time that was likely required to complete the job was going to be more than a day, I said I hoped to have it back that day. So they got the job done so I could have my vehicle back by 5 pm. The pick up was fast and friendly and the vehicle washed. It's a nice clean waiting area as well. Staff seem professional yet friendly.

My experience with Car Care Clinic at Gateway Transmissions was very good. I was out of town when I had car trouble, and they were able to get me in that day, rather than making me stay overnight. They completed the job quickly enough that I was able to leave when I needed to.
