The reason I;m not giving five stars is because I was frustrated it took 8 days to get car back. Customer service needs to be improved. When calling it seemed like only one person Max knew what was going on. The other person that answer the phones should be trained better and should be able to tell me what is happening with my vehicle. I live 40 miles away and was not informed that my car was not ready. Thankfully I didn't get a ride up to Mt Vernon that day. Put a deposit on fuse box last Wednesday still waiting to find out when it will be in so I can get it installed. You guys can do better!!!!

I know we discussed the time it took to get your parts shipped in, and though it was frustrating for both of us, I left the conversation believing that you were satisfied with the level of service Max gave you.
