I get my oil changed at Car Care Clinic and I've had some work done on my Dakota bicycle I've got. I've had them do a couple other things as well. Everything they've done has been good. No complaints. The price is probably a little high sometimes compared to other places, but you get what you pay for so I'm happy with it. They get the work done fast. It's a good place to go.

Brought my 1992 Ranger 4x4 in to get the transmission rebuilt. They noticed things I did not and consulted with me about it. The clutch also needed repair, plus the front drive shaft u-joint, and the water pump. Everything works great now.

Gateway Transmissions in Oak Harbor delivered on all aspects of the repair process. Dave listened to my less than mechanical description (insert sound effects) of the problems my truck was having. They agreed to contact me before any money was spent on parts or labor. Turns out some of the parts were within limits and other associated items, I never even considered part of the problem, were out of tolerance. Everything was explained to my satisfaction. Dave even showed me the wear on the old items replaced. In the end, professional troubleshooting and honest communication made all the difference.
