As usual, when I had a problem with my 2000 Mercury, Dave and Charles rose to the challenge to find out what the problem was and what was needed to fix the problems. This time around, I knew the main problem was with the front end hub assembly thingy and finally broke down to get that fixed. Right before the car went in, the car developed a running issue and Dave and Charles discovered that it had a "dead" coil which they fixed and finally, when they had those problems fixed, they discovered something that had been fixed a couple of years ago had become a problem and fixed that problem as well. These men know their stuff and they go the "extra" mile to provide me with great customer service each and every time.
