GT's owner, Dave, bends over backwards to get things right, to work out payments, provide fair work, and complete good repairs, all in as timely a fashion as possible. GT rebuilt our transmission on our 2013 Grand Caravan in late 2016 as it passed 100,000 miles. 10 months and 30,000 miles later (yes, 30k) had it in for service and for going into limp mode just as we were about to go on vacation. Turnaround in one day, though unable to reproduce the problem. Honestly advised to not drive the van on a long trip for now, and worked through some problems with our CarCare One credit account to complete payment.

Sue said this business is fair, friendly and they have good prices. They go out of their way when servicing her vehicle, they tell her ahead of time what they will do.

We were passing thru from Ohio with our 5th wheel trailer and needed brakes on the dully pick up. I called them and they pulled a tech off a job and got right on it. Very friendly and wish they were closer.
