Miracle at the desk is just smart as an encyclopedia. I took my Chevy Cruze in for a few weeks in a row, only because they were determined to get my check engine light off. Incredibily long story short, but my boyfriend's car was basically held hostage for about 4 months, they admitted to lying about having mechanics working on it, when in reality no one had even touched it. Another user posted a review detailing an experience similar to ours, so it's definitely not just me being petty or having a personal issue with this company. All i'll say is if you notice them coming up with random excuses and taking forever for a problem that should be solved within a couple of days, just take your business elsewhere.

Technician was okay. Parts mark up was over 300%! Fidel was full of excuses and would not address excessive labor charges. Said “he had a business to run “. I will never be back. Prior owner was great. Now I cannot trust them.
