Vollans was awesome when our RV broke down on I-5 and Cook Road. They replaced our alternator belt and had us on the road to our music festival with limited disruption. We were caravaning so there were quite a few of us waiting on the RV and Vollans staff was so friendly and accommodating while we waited. Honest good work from a small town shop with amazing people. If we lived closer, I'd be switching automotive shops to this excellent business in Sedro-Woolley!!

Betty said more work was done than was originally planned but it was completed in a timely fashion. The staff all were very pleasant to work with.

Jim said this business took care of business. The pricing was good, it didn't take that long. He thought they did very well, the people were nice and conscientious of what they were doing.

Gateway transmission took the time to talk about the problems that are occurring with my Ford Ranger. There was no delay in responding to a good evaluation, that was free of charge. The price per hr.is steep, likely due to good use of time and expertise. I respect the opinion of the shop. I'm confident they will fix the issues that we have discussed.
