I had a challenging issue where there would be an intermittent whine noise coming from somewhere under the hood. Dave and Charles were very patient and took the time necessary to isolate and fix the problem. I expected this issue to continue for weeks because the noise only occurred every few days. Thanks guys; great work

Update 2022 - after receiving very rude treatment from their front desk I've changed auto service providers. Gateway isn't the only repair shop in town. Use at your own risk.
