I was referred to Gateway months ago for transmission service on my 2014 GMC Sierra. They did a fantastic job and identified other maintenance items that should be addressed that I have had them work on. They give accurate estimates, timely repairs, and their customer service has always top notch for me. They are my go to shop going forward. Kudos to the Oak Harbor team, and Miracle who has been a great communicator. Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend them.

Communication was great, and they made it super easy to take care of approvals and even payment electronically by phone. This is definitely our new regular shop. It’s important to have a good mechanic who isn’t trying to rip you off by doing anything that isn’t actually needed (the way a lot of dealership maintenance works out), and as part of the vehicle inspection here they actually test fluids and inspect filters and belts to know whether they need to be replaced rather than just doing it because of mileage. Gateway did exactly this for me and the cost of the service was even less than I was quoted in the estimate. Very satisfied with the care received.

These guys are top notch! Had some issues last minute with our car and they came to the rescue. The other thing? They look over safety items and addressed them. The program they use allows you to pick what they are authorized to do with no pressure! Highly recommend!!

Had a great experience working with all at Gateway in getting our Escalade up and running in a timely manner. Found all very positive...was kept up-to-date on progress of repair work needed. We would definitely recommend this shop highly.
