I highly recommend you avoid Vollans Automotive! Highlights of my experience with them: * They missed a major, easily recognizable leak upon initial diagnosis, leading to significant charges beyond the initial estimate * While test-driving my vehicle, their mechanic collided my car with a parked car * They told me all parts and labor were covered by a 2-year, nationwide warranty provided by NAPA, but when the transmission installed by Vollans failed, NAPA refused to honor my warranty claim, stating that the transmission wasn't covered by their warranty * Vollans Automotive delayed for two months before agreeing to pay for the transmission replacement * My car was legal in all 50 states when delivered to Vollans Automotive, but they installed an exhaust part that did not meet the 50-state certification, preventing me from renewing my vehicle registration until after I paid for a replacement part * They refused to take any responsibility for this mistake, leaving me little choice but to sue them * The suit took several months and, after I won the suit, they waited another two months before paying me the court-ordered judgement

Guys are always friendly and quick to get me in for them to take a look at the problem. Offer me a ride back to work if I need it. Really appreciate the fast and friendly service and not trying to up sell stuff I don’t need.

Once i established what the problem was they were able to verify my DX and take on a difficult job, replacing the fuel pump. They were able to complete the job in a day once the part was in and did a wonderful job getting it all back together!

Very fast turn around and excellent service!

Took my Lexus GS300 in to get checked out, problem with transmission harsh downshift and was solved, took longer than expected because of weather which delayed the job with parts but it got done right! Thanks for everything definitely recommend these guys to get the job done, please be patient sometimes it takes time to get the job done right! They didnt over charge or come up with excuses just straight forward which i appreciate! Will recommend to my family and friends!
