James, thanks for noting that the staff was very accommodating. That is exactly the right word to describe the mechanics dropping everything on the Friday before a 3-day weekend to ensure that you could safely use your car over the Memorial Day weekend. It was our pleasure to pick your car up from your office, repair it temporarily so you could operate it, and provide a shuttle to pick you up. You are wrong about the cost of the part, however. Even though buying the same part from the dealer whose original part failed in the first 85,000 miles Might be $20 cheaper than a properly installed part backed with our amazing 3 year 36,000 mile Nationwide Warranty, I think most of our customers would gladly spend the twenty dollars and receive next-level service from our friendly and knowledgeable staff.

LeAnna, you inquired before we began the work how long the oil change process would take, and you were told a minimum of an hour and fifteen minutes. You seemed shocked, but when we explained that we don't just dump out the old oil and pump in new, but that the process includes an ASE certified mechanic inspecting your vehicle for safety or potential breakdowns, you seemed satisfied and asked us to continue. Your oil change, inspection, and consultation actually only took an hour. But if you don't value the inspection, as most of our customers do, why did you agree to stay for the oil change, especially if you were only going to come on here and complain? The free inspection by an experienced, certified mechanic is one of the most valuable things we can offer our clients. If you don't value that, then yes by all means you should go to Jiffy Lube or WalMart.
