Took over 3 hours to do a oil change and a inspection. Verry unsatisfied should not take that long to change the oil when most shops can do it in a hour max.

I really appreciate the email i received which gave a detailed list of what was found during annual service: because it had pictures, i could see what they saw, and also choose what i wanted them to work on and what could be left for a later time. I have never been surprised by their findings, nor have they ever suggested anything beyond what I anticipated. I have used their services more than a few times now, and have recommended them to friends and family.

Absolutely some of the best service I have ever had. They give quick responses to inquiries. Dave definitely knows his stuff.

Driving home from work and my truck wouldn’t shift out of first gear. I put the hazards on and limped it to Gateway Transmission. Dave the owner greeted me and I explained what was going on and he asked me to leave and he would look at it tomorrow. Later that day he called and told me the good news and suggested I also have my transmission service while it here and I said yes. Dave and Charlie are very professional and friendly. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back for maintenance. Thank you all down at Gateway!!
