Max and Derek (sp?) were very nice to talk with on the phone. That being said, I felt that 255.00 for 1-1/2 hours to diagnose a bad voltage regulator on my truck's alternator was a bit steep. They offered to put a reman on for 511.00. I bought an alternator for 150.00 from NAPA and installed it myself in 20 minutes. I don't understand their pricing system, but to me it was too high.
