Got a text that the "Shop had a few openings for maintenance this week " and I jumped right on an appointment for the next day. Vehicle was dropped off the night prior for my convenience and some deferred maintenance was all set to go. Got a thorough e mail explanation of the issues w photos and was called by the manager with all the details. Great customer service and prompt repair. RR
